Upon encountering Violet, a small puppy with multiple bite marks and purple fur, Dr. Kari – an experienced veterinarian at the “Vet Ranch” animal clinic – was filled with terror. According to Violet’s owner, a larger dog had attacked the poor pup before being surrendered for euthanasia.
Many people believe that some pit bulls were dyed purple prior to being used for training combat canines. According to the owner of a pit bull named Violet, the purple color was caused by a purple wound spray that was applied on her after she was mauled. Unfortunately, Violet’s wounds became infected and were left untreated for weeks, bringing her closer to death.
Dr. Karri takes us on a journey through Violet’s intense medical treatment in this enlightening video. Violet has a challenging healing process as the veterinarian treats her several infections and abscesses with potent painkillers and medications. After being carefully monitored for 12 days, Violet has finally emerged from the septic stage! Despite Violet’s initial dejected and forlorn demeanor, the dog’s joyful run at the end makes it all the more pleasant. When she is in Dr. Karri’s arms, she can hardly control the grins of gratitude!
As soon as Violet made a full recovery, she found a loving home with her new mother Kelly and her furry sibling Peanut, who happens to be a Jack Russell terrier of the same size. I am grateful to Dr. Karri for making Violet’s life more bearable. The video below showcases Dr. Karri’s miraculous work and how great of a veterinarian she is for Violet!
